Welcome to RUSHINGWIND. Rushing Wind is a non-profit organization founded on Christian principles, whose purpose is to promote knowledge of the Scriptures and support people's spiritual growth through digital tools.
By using this app you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, we recommend you do not use it.
The app provides access to the Bible text, reading plans, and study tools, as well as ministry features: a directory of congregations, a record of people reached, and the sending of invitations.
Reading the Bible does not require registration. You can download the app and read it in full without creating any account.
Signing in is only required for account-based features: saving verses, highlighting, writing notes, viewing your progress, joining a congregation, or recording people reached.
Those features require an account. You can create one with your email address or through Google or Apple. During registration we may ask for your name, your email address, and optionally a profile picture.
You declare that the information you provide is truthful and undertake to keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity occurring from your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
The notes, highlights, and verses you save are yours. We do not use them for any purpose other than providing the service, nor do we show them to other people.
By uploading a photo or a document you grant us only the permission needed to store it and display it back to you within the app.
You may register a congregation and join those listed in the directory.
When registering an organization you declare that you are authorised to represent it and that the information and documents you provide are genuine. Note that the directory is visible to anyone signed in, including the congregation's name, address, and location. Do not register a private home address if you do not want it to be visible.
You may leave a congregation at any time. A record will remain that you belonged to it and on what dates.
This is the most important responsibility you take on when using the app.
The ministry features let you record data about people who are not users — their name, their email address, and notes about them — and send them an invitation by email.
In doing so:
Anyone whose data has been recorded may write to us to see it, correct it, or request its deletion.
Some features use your device's location, always with your permission and only while you are using the app. You may refuse or withdraw it in your phone's settings: only the features that depend on it will stop working.
You undertake not to use the app to:
The app, its design, its code, and its original content belong to Rushing Wind Global, Inc. or to those who have licensed their use to us. The Bible text is offered under the licences of its respective rights holders.
The app is offered at no cost. There is no charge for its use and no payments are processed within it. If paid features or donations are added in the future, we will give notice in advance and update these Terms.
We aim to keep the app available at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, or causes beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
We may suspend or cancel an account that breaches these Terms, in particular sections 6 and 8. Where possible, we will give notice first.
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Rushing Wind Global, Inc. will not be liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from its use.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of information that users record about third parties or about the organizations they register.
You can delete it from within the app or by writing to us. Before doing so, read what is deleted and what is kept: not everything disappears, and you should know that in advance.
We may update these Terms. The current version will always be at this address, identified by its version number. If the change is material, we will tell you inside the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, waiving any other venue.
