Rushing Wind is a non-profit organisation founded on Christian principles, whose purpose is to promote knowledge of the Holy Scriptures and to support people's spiritual growth through digital tools.
By creating an account or using this app, you accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, we recommend that you do not use the app.
The app exists to provide access to biblical content, reading plans, reading progress tracking and other tools related to studying and reading the Bible.

The app stores reading progress, saved verses, highlights and personal notes in order to sync that data across devices and offer a better experience.
The design, logos, software, images and other elements of the app belong to Rushing Wind or to their respective owners.
The Bible translations included in the app belong to their respective owners and are used in accordance with the corresponding licences or authorisations.
Rushing Wind aims to keep the app available at all times; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Updates, maintenance or improvements may be carried out without prior notice.

Rushing Wind may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these terms or that make improper use of the app.
The app is provided "as is". Rushing Wind will not be liable for damages arising from its use, service interruptions, technical failures or temporary inability to access it.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes take effect once published in the app.
