You can delete your account and everything you have saved at any time. There are two ways to do it, and both delete exactly the same things.
This is the quickest route: deletion is immediate and you do not have to wait for a reply.
Write to soporte@therushingwind.org from the same email address you registered with, saying that you want your account deleted.
We ask that the message comes from that address because it is the only way to verify that the request comes from the account holder: if we accepted requests from any address, anyone could delete someone else's account.
We handle the request within a maximum of 30 calendar days, and usually in under 7. We will confirm by email once it is done.
The following is permanently deleted, with no way to recover it:
We keep no copy of this data once deletion is complete, and there is no grace period to recover it.
Only technical and security records that do not identify you and that our providers generate automatically (server access logs, for example). These delete themselves within a maximum of 90 days.
If there were a legal obligation to keep specific information, only what is strictly required would be kept, and only for as long as that obligation lasts.
The biblical text lives inside the app and does not depend on having an account. You can keep reading after deleting it; what you lose is what you had saved.
