There are three ways in: your email and password, your Google account, or your Apple ID. Each one creates a separate account even if the email looks the same, so if you registered with Google you have to come back through Google.
If you forgot your password, use Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen: a link is sent to the email address you registered with. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
When you sign in with Apple you can choose to hide your email. If you

@privaterelay.appleid.com that forwards to yours. It works the same way and it
is the one you will see in your profile. We never learn your real address.
Yes. The complete Bible travels inside the app, in Spanish, English and Portuguese. It reads offline, with no data and nothing extra to download.
The only thing that needs internet is your account: signing in and syncing what you save — verses, notes and highlights — across your devices.
They are not lost. All three translations number chapters and verses the same way, so what you saved is exactly where you left it; only the language of the text changes. If it does not show up, close the app and open it again.
Install the app and sign in the same way you used before. Your saved verses, notes and highlights download on their own.
You can do it yourself under Profile → Settings → Delete my account, and deletion is immediate. If you have already uninstalled the app, write to us from the email address you registered with. It is all explained in Delete your account.
